Find the products button in the menu bar at the top of the page; this will
display the product range. You will see that each type of product then displays
all the individual design names. You can select product type and view all the
designs in that category at once, or move across and select a single design by
left clicking on your mouse.
To purchase any one of the items, click the 'add to basket' button below that
item. Another little window will pop up, this shows what’s in your basket and
records the details of the product(s) you have selected. You can choose to
change the quantities, ‘keep browsing’ or ‘purchase now’.
You can view
your basket at any time by clicking the ‘basket icon' at the top right of each
page. Once an item(s) is in your basket, a flashing 'basket icon’ sign will appear at the top of the page to remind you there are items
in your basket. You can also click on this to view your basket. The ‘In Your
Basket’ window will also pop up again each time you add another item.
If you want to make a change to what’s in your basket this can be done any time you
are browsing by going to your basket (see above) or before you complete your
purchase.
When you are ready to purchase the item(s) in your basket, click the flashing
basket icon or, if you are already viewing what’s
in your basket, click ‘purchase now’. This will take you through to where you enter your details to purchase the items in your
basket.
You can complete your entire purchase online. Complete your personal and
delivery details as requested on the purchase order. When you come to ‘Payment
Options’ choose your preferred method by clicking and selecting from the options
in the window. Our Secure Site accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa,
MasterCard, Diners and American Express. The appropriate details will then be requested to
complete your purchase.
NOTE: Please don't use emails to send your credit card details. Email is not a
secure way of communicating payment details with us. The secure payment page is
the safest way to buy from us using the internet, because all your details are
encrypted.
Complete your personal and delivery details as requested on the purchase order.
When you come to ‘Payment Options’ make your selection by clicking in the method
of payment window. You can pay by direct debit, cheque, money order, phone or
fax.
To pay by direct debit: Please complete your personal and delivery details and
select this payment option. Our account details will appear on the completed
order. Once payment has been received into our account your order will be
dispatched.
To pay by cheque or money order: Please complete your personal and delivery
details and select this payment option. Please make your cheque or money order
payable to ‘Spotted Skink’. Write your purchase number on the back and post it
together with a copy of your order to us at: Spotted Skink, PO Box 3411,
Victoria Point West, Queensland 4165, Australia..
Alternatively you may phone us with your order and then post the cheque or money
order to us.
To pay by phone: Please complete your personal and delivery details and select
this payment option. Then call us to arrange payment. If the office is
unattended please leave a message and we will happily return your call.
